Privacy and Confidentiality
We mutually agree to maintain the confidentiality of personal information shared during the session.
If after a group session you want to follow up with someone about what they said, respect their wishes and ask first.
Reject gossip!
Code of Conduct Violations
For those that do not respect boundaries and/or exhibit behavior that is not welcome, we maintain the right to refuse service. Violations may lead to restrictions on your future participation. Please practice kindness.
Refund and cancellation policy
Cancel or reschedule your session up to 1 week (7 days) before the start of the session by writing an email to jessica@intuitivevoicing.com.
Please arrive no later than 10 minutes after the start time. If you arrive later than ten minutes, the session will be canceled and no refund will be issued. Life happens, so a 50% off coupon (for the same type of session) can be requested for re-booking.
Once a session takes place, it is non-refundable.
Technology Requirements
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Sessions take place on Zoom so please download Zoom (it’s free) prior to the session.
The services offered require some basic computer and internet literacy and Intuitive Voicing does not offer technical support at this time.
Environment
Choose a comfortable space to minimize distractions during the session.
Ensure sufficient lighting for your own safety and for the benefit of others.
Recordings
For sessions where live music and/or meditation is recorded, please allow up to 72 hours after the session takes place to receive an email with the download of your audio recording.
Confirmation
Please ensure you’ve received a confirmation email after your booking. If you can’t find your confirmation email, please contact jessica@intuitivevoicing.com. Before doing so, please check your spam/junk folder to make sure it didn’t travel there first. Many thanks!
